The chrome finish and silver colour add a sleek and modern touch to your kitchen decor. We really love this tap, but it arrived with a couple of marks, so we've got another one (exactly same model). The pull-out-head is really useful for cleaning around the sink and close-up cleaning of your pots it helps prevent water splashing everywhere i. We did install the tap and it worked perfectly and as described by Franke. In fact, we have found them to be a brilliant company with regard to support. The tap was installed and de-installed by an experienced plumber, so all of the kit is back in the box (as per the photos). Whilst the'marks' are not particularly significant, they are not something that we've created and do appear to be under the finished surface. Franke are at a loss to explain but our estimation is that the marks are something that occurred during the manufacturing process. They are really tricky to photograph and if you install with the tap on the RHS, they are really difficult to see, particularly from where you would stand at a sink. So, we'd conclude that the tap is a'second', but a really good one!
